Community Guidelines
The rules that keep Apex Rider's community safe — with zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.
Last updated: June 23, 2026
Overview
Apex Rider includes community features — public profiles, posts, comments, group chat, direct messages, crews, and crowd-sourced places. To keep them safe we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. These Community Guidelines apply to everything you share through Apex Rider and form part of our Terms of Service.
What you may not post
You may not post, send, or share content that:
- harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates another person;
- promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity;
- is sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts nudity;
- depicts or incites violence, self-harm, or harm to others;
- is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or facilitates dangerous or reckless riding;
- is spam, a scam, or deceptive; or
- infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
What you may not do
You may not impersonate others, harvest other users' data, or use the community features to abuse, stalk, or endanger another rider.
Reporting & enforcement
Every piece of user content and every profile can be reported in-app (tap the ⋯ / long-press → Report), and you can block any rider so you no longer see their content or receive their messages. We review reports and remove violating content and offending accounts, typically within 24 hours.
Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or permanent account termination. We may also remove content or accounts proactively where we become aware of a violation.
