Remove your Apex Rider account and the data linked to it — for good.

Overview
You can delete your Apex Rider account and the data associated with it at any time. You don't need an account to use the core ride features — but if you created one for the community layer or cross-device sync, this page explains how to remove it, what is deleted, and what (if anything) we are required to keep.
Note: data stored only on your phone (offline maps, rides you never synced) is removed when you delete it in-app or uninstall Apex Rider.
Delete in the app
The fastest way is in the app:
- Open Apex Rider and go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and synced data are scheduled for permanent deletion.

Email apexriderapp@gmail.com from (or naming) your account email so we can verify the request. We may ask one or two questions to confirm it's really you before deleting.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile, handle and login credentials.
- Synced ride history, GPS tracks, routes and imported/exported files held in your account.
- Garage, maintenance and fuel records linked to your account.
- Emergency contacts and SOS settings stored in your account.
- Community posts, photos and road reports (or they are anonymised where removal would break shared threads).
- Analytics and diagnostics tied to your account identifier.
What may be retained
After deletion we may retain a limited set of records where the law allows or requires it — for example transaction/billing records, fraud-prevention and security logs, and information related to a safety/SOS incident or a legal claim. Anything retained is kept only as long as necessary and remains protected under our Privacy Policy. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
How long it takes
Account access ends immediately. Deletion of your data from active systems completes within 30 days, and from routine backups within 90 days, unless a longer period is legally required. We'll confirm by email when a web request is complete. Questions? Visit Support.
